Ghana's mobile headache
The major question one might want to ask is " to what extent is the NCA committed to enforcing its regulations in terms of service quality."
There is a fear that that this warning by the authority is a knee-jerk reaction to the rising levels of complaints being voiced out against the two networks, especially MTN, in the media.
Having said that, we wait to see what happens after 30 days in the event that the network quality of the two networks does not improve. That is if we know what the said improvement entails in the 1st place.
